My Little $$$ Thief Well my little Jazz monkey almost caused me heart failure today --  last night we were next door visiting my mum. Mum owed me a bit of money -- $100.00 to be exact -- which she gave me in two $50.00 bills -- I put the money on her coffee table but Jazz kept trying to grab it -- he tried two or three times before I clued in and decided to put it in my pocket --  I stuffed the 2 bills into the pocket of my shorts - and kinda forgot about it-- we left and went back to our side -- I got ready for bed (took off my shorts) and didn't give it a thought until today -- while I was at work I remembered where I'd stuck the cash --  My mum likes to clean up for us when we're at work -- including doing our laundry (We're incredibly spoiled....we know!)  So I phoned Mum and told her where the money was, just in case she decided to do laundry -- I got a call from her about an hour later- Mum said she'd checked the pockets in my shorts but there was no money -- so what did I do with it?  I told her that's what I did -- I put it in my shorts pocket --- She looked high and low --  but came up with nothingl   When I got home from work I looked high and low - but I'm already getting an uneasy feeling about this time-- I'm thinking - "did Jazz monkey eat it?" if he had -it was gone for sure -- like Jim, my husband said - -the money won't come out like the rocks did -- if you get my drift.... anyway a couple hours after this -- Jim came downstairs with the two $50 bills -- both had the ends chewed off - and one had a bit of a hole in it..... he found them "buried" in his office in a corner - all crumpled up too!  I guess Jazz took found them and decided he wanted to keep them for himself!  Little devil -- he made my day (now that I found them that is--- and they're still good that is!).  Thought you guys might like a laugh.  I'll be putting my money in my wallet from here on in -- fyi  Jim & Hedy Rankin and Jazz (Lakina's Black Pearl Jazz)
