Day 1...
Bailey whelps 8
Males / 3 Females March 28, 2006!!!!!
Bailey and her
owner, Donna Wielert, did a fantastic job their first time having puppies!

lay with their front paws crossed!

Notes to
prospective owners...
I couldn't be
more pleased with this litter overall. Pups were clean, healthy
and robust. Both Donna and Bailey have done an outstanding job
caring for them. All were lively and full of curiousity.
We brought them from their whelping box to the back room for first
time and they had a ball, investigating and exploring. I was
pleased with their confidence and the way they interacted with each
other and with us. Pups are up on their feet and moving well so
far and have nice stocky and well balanced bodies. Heads are
really lovely, with good stop, deep set eyes and nicely ear
sets. Teeth are coming in and bites look like they should line
up just fine. Coats and markings are correct, with a bit of
white on a few of the boys. This should disappear soon, I would
think. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the quality of
this litter. They appear far better than average at this
point. I will visit again the day they turn seven weeks and do
the PAT testing at that time. For now, enjoy the many photos
and video that I took while there...
Three week old
videos. As you will see, they are getting VERY active~

Boys vs. Girls...
Hey, are those

Yup, pretty
sure they're looking at us! I think they wanna fight!
So, the

Puppy Party at 4.5 weeks...
Ann Visited again at 7 weeks...
...and all I
can say is WOW!!!!!
We did our job
and got stacked shots (thanks
to Lynette Nehmer, puppy photographer extraordinaire)
A
few notes...
Please
remember that getting good stacked photos
of
puppies is very difficult. Several
of the pups are FAR better in body type than their stacked photos indicate.
We
are very pleased with these pups' conformation
traits.
Pups are typey, with good balance front to rear.
They
are clean moving and have lovely headpieces.
All
in all, we couldn't be happier with these
pups
and are very excited about their futures!

Then, we had
LOADS OF FUN!!!!!
Think it's easy
to get those lovely puppy pictures?
Think
again! The 60 or so previous tries ended up looking something
like this...
Exploring the
big new world...
